Memorial graveside services will be held 2PM Friday, March 24, 2023 at Noell Farm Family Cemetery, 111 Noell Farm Rd., Timberlake.
Mr. Noell is survived by two children, Thomas Penn Noell IV and wife Dawn of Wake Forest and Shannon Hewett and husband Anthony of Roxboro; one sister, Margaret Puett and husband Fill, of Timberlake; two grandchildren, Sydney and Tristan Noell; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and the mother of his children, Debra Noell.
