Wow, in shock. Tom was an associate of mine at Horizon for many years. He made Giants season tickets available to me for about 5 seasons. We always talked music and sports. He was so sarcastic, droll and dead pan I think his wit went over a lot of people’s head. Not mine, I thought him funny as hell and I’m very sad at his passing. He absolutely needed to grow old and share lessons learned because he was a storyteller of great magnitude ♥.

What an incredible obit! I wish I knew him and I'm an Eagles fan. He sounds like an amazing man. He may Rest In Peace but I'll bet there's a party in heaven. People like him will always be missed.

I don't even have the words to express how I feel for you and your family. Your tribute to Tom was beautiful and non comparable to anything I have ever read written about their, partner, lover, wife, mother and friend. My heart is very sad to hear your news. We always enjoyed our time with you when we lived across the street on Ayliffe. My love, my heart and prayers are with you and your beautiful children. My heart hurts to hear your news. I cannot imagine the depth of your pain; however, I know how deeply you loved eachother. It was always evident without words being spoken. Maggie, I miss you and Tom. I am sending you all my love and healing energy as Tom returns Home and is Embraced by God. My prayers for you and your family that you are held and loved by so many and ask God and his Divine Angel's to wrap you all in Their Arms. Maggie anytime you need an ear, I am here. My number is 848 444 0557 and I look forward to seeing you after the pandemic is over. Just please know, my prayers and thoughts are with you. Tom who always so intelligent, funny, well- versed in so many things and always so inviting. It was my pleasure to have shed those earlier years with you both. May Tom rest in love and peace. I got to meet Tom when writing an article about him for ESPN.com (available here: https://tinyurl.com/yyp7gumx). I don't usually befriend the subjects of my articles, but Tom was different and special. We had a lot of similar interests and tastes (music, food, etc.) and quickly became friends. I was honored when he invited me to a party at his home, where I got to meet Maggie, Spencer, and Declan. I'm so glad I got to know him, and so sorry he's gone. R.I.P.
