Thomas Joseph Rauscher

    Thomas “T.R.” Joseph Rauscher, 73, of Linesville passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at his residence.

     Born August 4, 1952, in Elyria, Ohio, he was the son of George and Carol (Reynolds) Rauscher.

     He was a 1970 graduate of Linesville High School. Tom worked as a welder for many years and owned and operated Rauscher's Dairy Bar in Linesville for 14 years. He recently was employed by Community Chevrolet in Meadville delivering parts.

     Tom was a charter member and road captain of the Linesville American Legion Riders Chapter 462. He cherished being part of the Linesville American Legion family. Tom loved his 1964 Panhead Harley Davidson and when he had to part with it was with heartfelt tears. He will be greatly missed by all that knew him.

     Survivors include his mother, Carol Rauscher; three children, Kimberly Rauscher, Jacob Rauscher and Mindy Zimmerman and her husband, Jesse; a brother, Sonny Rauscher; numerous grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

     He was preceded in death by his father, George Rauscher and a brother, Jim Rauscher.

     The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 18, 2025 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Royal-Coleman Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 6028 U.S. Highway 6, Linesville. A memorial service will follow at 6 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
