Thomas James Rothenbach born July 10, 1947, went to his final resting place on February 12, 2026.
Loving father of Julie (Phil Hall), Jennifer (John Bera), and Heidi (Jarrette Patterson). Cherished brother of James Rothenbach and Mary Wilson (sister-in-law). Beloved grandfather to Naomi, Katrina, Akayna, Isaac, Jonah, Jamison, Emerson, Isabel, and Luke. Dear uncle to nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his dearly loved wife, Lorraine Rothenbach (nee Weiss); parents, Jacob and Ruth Rothenbach; and brother, David.
His thoughtfulness, good-hearted nature, tenacity, and grit will always be remembered by all of those whose lives he touched. He had a special love for antiques, finding beauty, and stories in pieces of the past, and he loved sharing that passion with everyone around him. He took great joy in loaning Slinger memorabilia from his family’s history to the local museum.
No funeral services will be held. Memorials to the family to honor Thomas are appreciated.
