T. Dale Rutter, 90, passed away on November 11, 2024 at the Highlands at Wyomissing. Born in Williamsport, PA, he was the son of Thomas H. and Dorothy (Metzler) Rutter. Dale was the loving husband of Elizabeth J. (Lawrence) Rutter, with whom he shared 67 years of marriage.
