Thomas SERO Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Shadel's Colonial Chapel - Lebanon on Dec. 31, 2025.
Thomas Frank Sero, son of Anthony and Rowene (Rossiter) Sero, was born January 5, 1967, in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania and departed this life December 28, 2025, at his home in Lebanon, Missouri, at the age of fifty-eight years.

After graduating from high school, Thomas attended college for a period of time before joining the United States Army. He was a talented mechanic and it served him well as the mechanic for the Army. Thomas was proud of his service time and dedicated to the future successes of our country. Eventually, Thomas received an honorable discharge due to medical issues.

Thomas had a variety of hobbies he enjoyed over the years. He was an outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish. He was a gun enthusiast and animal lover. When he was able, he enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson. He was fascinated and well educated about many things, including trains, science, astronomy and the ocean. He was also a collector of Zippo Lighters. However, of all the many things he loved about this life, time spent with his family is what he treasured most.

He is survived by one daughter, Christine Sero and her significant other Vondre Green; two grandchildren, Traja and LaVonne Martin; three brothers, Frank Thomas Sero, Anthony Sero and Dave Sero and their families; three nieces, Natalie Moore, Charissa Sero and Amber Pendleton; Christine's mother, Tonja Quick and her son, Lonnie Quick; his longtime best friend Anthony Weeks; other relatives and many friends.

Those preceding him in death include his parents; and one brother, Joe Sero.

Thomas will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.

Services for Thomas are incomplete at this time. His wishes were to be cremated.

Yesterday

My sympathies to Christine and the family. Also her momma. May Tom RIP. He was a quite man who usually kept to himself. I know he had health problems but through it all, he was a good man.
