Thomas C. Shollenberger

Thomas Shollenberger, 76, of Kutztown, passed away surrounded by his loving family. He was the devoted husband of Kathy (Maloney) Shollenberger, with whom he shared 26 years of marriage. He was a proud and loving father to his stepson, Tom Maloney, and a cherished grandfather to Madeline Maloney and Zoe Maloney, who brought him immense joy.
He is survived by his sister, Beverly Acri, and his brother, Denny Shollenberger and his wife, Cindy. He was a beloved uncle to his nephews: Charlie Acri (wife Laura) and their son Toby; Kevin Acri (wife Emily); and Sean Shollenberger. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jean and Charles Shollenberger.
A graduate of Penn State University, he remained a lifelong and avid Penn State football fan, holding season tickets for over 30 years. Professionally, he dedicated 37 years of service to Kutztown University, where he worked as a Systems Analyst and was respected for his commitment and expertise.
He enjoyed bowling and golf and was deeply involved in his community and faith. He was a longtime member of Grace EC Church, in Kutztown, where he faithfully served as treasurer for many years. He also volunteered at the Manna Food Bank and served as a board member of Twin Pines Camp.
He will be remembered for his devotion to family, service to others, strong faith, and unwavering loyalty to Penn State. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

The Funeral Service will be held at 3 PM on Saturday, January 3 at Grace EC Church, 421 West Main St, Kutztown.
