Thomas Sottile Obituary
A funeral procession will form Tuesday 10 AM at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11 AM at Immaculate Conception Church.
Thomas B. Sottile, of Delaware Avenue died Tuesday March 17, 2026 at HealthAlliance Hospital:Mary's Avenue Campus. Born August 3, 1934 in Kingston, he is the son of the late Charles and Katherine (Cozza) Sottile.
Mr. Sottile was employed by the City of Kingston Department of Public Works until retirement. He was a member of the St. Mary's Benevolent Society, a volunteer fireman at J.N. Cordts Hose Company 8, and a member of the color guard of the Hawthorne Caballeros Drum and Bugle Corps. Tom was a parishioner at St. Mary's St. Peter's Church. He was an avid fan of the New York Mets and Giants. He also was an avid grower and giver of his home grown basil plants.
Surviving are his daughters Gina Sottile and Suzanne Sottile as well as his sister, Mary Rita Staccio.
He was predeceased by his wife Patricia in 2016.
