Thomas Wayne "Tom" Sullivan

Thomas "Tom" Wayne Sullivan, 61, passed away on Thursday, August 28, 2025. The husband of Joann Battaglia Sullivan, Tom was born February 4, 1964 in Central Kentucky to the late Howard Thomas Sullivan and Patricia Ann Riddell Warren. Tom spent the last 23 years as a Farrier in Central Kentucky primarily at Hidden Brook Farm in Paris, KY.

Throughout his career, Tom had previously worked in all aspects of the Thoroughbred horse industry in Kentucky, Florida and surrounding states.

His hobbies included watching tv, movies and sports. He really enjoyed watching historical shows and movies and watching the NFL, SEC Sports and Nascar. In his spare time, you would find him remodeling on his home, cooking, grilling, spending time with his wife, pets and family. His greatest joy was seeing and talking about his granddaughters.

In addition to his loving wife of over 22 years, Joann Battaglia Sullivan, Tom leaves behind his son, Keith (Ericka) Sullivan; granddaughters, Ellianna and Layla Sullivan; brother Steve (Amy) Sullivan; sister Beverly Bibbins; and sister Lisa (Keith) Swafford; as well as his extended family and friends. Tom was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
