Cheryl Lynn Perkins, 80, widow of Bobby D. Perkins, passed away on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. She was born in Lexington, KY on September 17, 1944 to the late Charles Robert and Alpha Marie Teater Haynes. Cheryl worked as a cosmetologist and retired from Dr. David Blake's office as a receptionist.

Cheryl is survived by her daughter, Lisa (Rob) Quammen; her stepchildren, Lynn, Randall, and Rick; and her grandchildren, Nic (Madison) Quammen and Andi Quammen.

In addition to her husband and her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Cary Haynes and Brent Haynes.

Visitation will be held from 12:00pm until 2:00pm on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Rd., Frankfort, KY. Graveside Service will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, September 2, 2025 in the Chapel at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
