Thomas "Tom" Anthony Effertz, age 69 of Wautoma passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at ThedaCare Hospital, Wild Rose. He was born in Milwaukee on March 30, 1954 to Walter and Blanche (Mudlaff) Effertz. He graduated from South Division High School in Milwaukee and then Joined the United State Marine Corp. On December 7, 1994 he married Faith Daniels. Tom worked as a Steel Fabricator until retirement. He enjoyed woodworking, working at his concession stand at the Wisconsin State Fair, hunting and fishing.
Tom is survived by his children: Bree (Trevor) Greenwald, Eric (Michelle) Bronson, Tom Effertz; grandchildren: Katy, Alyssa, Tammie; many great grandchildren; siblings: James (Irene) Effertz, Kathleen "Tina" (Richard) Fisher, Doreen Effertz, Patrick (Kelly) Effertz; neices, nephews, other relatives and a friend to many. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife: Faith Effertz anmd brother: Peter Effertz.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
