Thomas Edward Wadsworth, 73, residing in Fremont, passed away Friday, April 29, 2022 at his home surrounded by family.
He was born on September 5, 1948 in Sandusky, OH to Marvin and Dolores (Criswell) Wadsworth.
Tom was a 1966 graduate of Perkins High School. He was a truck driver for more than 50 years. He enjoyed playing pool, fishing, and riding his motorcycle. His greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren.
Tom is survived by his wife, Judith Wadsworth; mother, Dolores; children, Tomi (Brian) Michael, Thadius (Rochelle) Wadsworth, Gregory Wadsworth, Steve (Julie) Shenberger, Richard (Rebecca)Linder and Timothy (Nickee) Linder; grandchildren, Kyle Michael, Allyson (Justin) Kuras, Tyler Wadsworth, Samantha Michael, Braxton Linder, Trent Wadsworth, Lily Linder, Derek Dzienny and Devin Dzienny; sisters, Mary Jean (Lewis) Slusher and Marsha (John) Harris, brother, Mark Wadsworth and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Tom is preceded in death by his father, Marvin and infant daughter, Michelle Wadsworth.
Visitation will be Friday, May 6, 2022 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory, 1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky. Friends may also call on Saturday, May 7, 2022 from 10:00 am until time funeral services at 11:00 am. Pastor Wally Gilbert will officiate. Burial will follow in Meadow Green Memorial Park, Huron.
