Thomas Whitted Obituary
Publish in a newspaper
age 80, passed away peacefully November 13, 2025. He was born on August 3, 1945, in Canton, Ohio. Over the years, Tom worked at Canton Drop Forge, Republic Steele, and Burris Drywall. He served in the Marine Reserves and saw active duty during the Vietnam War. Tom enjoyed being outside, especially riding around on his golf cart and mowing the lawn, spending hours talking with close friends, and spending time with and being at events for his grandchildren.
His surviving family members include his daughter, Kelli Whitted; his son and daughter-in-law, Matt and Leigh Ann Whitted; his grandson, Cole Whitted; his granddaughter, Avery Whitted, his brother and sister-in-law, Jim and Patti Whitted; his niece, her husband, and son, Jamie (Whitted), Dale and Alex Reinoehl; his niece, Jennifer Whitted. In addition, he is survived by many wonderful friends that contributed love, support, and many memories throughout his life.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, November 20, 2025, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the Finefrock-Gordon Funeral Home, 266 North Main Street, Magnolia, Ohio, 44643. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Sandy Valley Athletic Booster Club. Condolences may be left at: www.gordonfuneralhomes.com.

Greetings: I remember Tom as a fellow classmate, & our riding to school each day in that little yellow school bus & teasing & having fun in the mornings & afternoon trips. We both graduated together at SVHS in 1964. My sincere condolences & sympathy to his family, friends & loved ones & that you all will be comforted & strengthen by the mighty hand of our GOD that loves us all. I pray he RIP. Amen.
