My name is Teddy Thomas. Jerry and I met while we were working together for Capitol Police on H1 in the '70s. We became really good friends. It was a true friendship filled with family get togethers, fun and lots of laughter. Our careers with USCP went different directions. Although times spent together became few and far between, I always considered Jerry as one of my best friends.
