My name is Laura Sparks and Dr. Windham was my neurosurgeon in Birmingham, Alabama at Neurosurgical Associates from 1976 until he left Birmingham and moved to Oxford, Mississippi. I saw him once a year to check my shunt for hydrocephalus, and at the end of every visit, he would take me in his office and open his drawer and give me candy. He was always nice and kind.
