Tiffany Michelle Holmes, a cherished mother, grandmother, daughter, and friend, left this world on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at the age of 43. She born on February 25, 1982, in Muskogee, Oklahoma to her mother, Ramona Finch Holmes. She entered this world and embarked on a journey filled with love, adventure, and the warmth of family. Tiffany grew up in Okay, Oklahoma, where she was raised by her adopted father, William Patton Rodgers “PR”, a truck driver with a heart as big as the open road. This upbringing instilled a sense of wonder and love for travel, shaping her into a person who embraced experiences life offered.
Her life was centered around her four children: Hailey Parker and husband Preston, Makala Stafford and husband Kobe, twins Michael Wiley and William Wiley, who brought joy and purpose into every day she lived. Her legacy continues to shine through her two treasured granddaughters, Claire Parker and Ava Grace, who knew her as “MeMe” and “Crazy Grandma,” a title she wore with pride and joy. Her life was enriched by her mother Ramona Finch and partner Billy Finch, her siblings Steve Holmes and Christy Melton, her partner, Todd Hatcher, and the father of her children with whom she remained close friends Darrell Hank Wiley, and his wife Lauren, in addition to numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members
She is preceded in death by her father William Patton Rodgers, Great Grandmother Annie Ruth Holmes, Sisters Shannon Lynn Wiley, and Rachel Marie Martin
Full of charm and a big, beautiful personality, Tiffany never encountered a stranger. Her charisma and ability to strike up a conversation with anyone were among her most memorable traits. She had a way of making everyone around her feel special, a true testament to her loving nature. Her passions extended to crafting, a hobby where she poured her creativity and love into every piece she made. She was a familiar and friendly face at local yard sales and looked forward to the simple pleasures of cookouts enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.
To say Tiffany was loving is an understatement; she was the embodiment of love. Her legacy of unabashed joy, open-heartedness, and vivacious energy will live on, cherished in the hearts of all who had the privilege to know her. As the sunset on her life, Tiffany Michelle Holmes remains a symbol of warmth, a genuine friend, loving mother, and the "crazy grandma" whose stories will be told for generations. She will be profoundly missed, yet her powerful echo of laughter and boundless love will resonate eternally.
A Memorial Service to honor Tiffany Holmes will be held at a later date.
