Tim W. Davis, 61, of Owensville, passed away Thursday, June 5, 2025. He was born November 3, 1963 in Princeton to Robert "Bob" Davis and Anita (Archer) Davis. He graduated PCHS class of '83 then from Wabash Valley with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Tim worked for CSX Railroad as a signalman and foreman for 25 years. He had a wonderful sense of humor and could put a smile on everyone's face no matter where he was. Tim enjoyed fishing and hunting; especially deer hunting with his son. He was a great sportsman and athlete focusing on baseball, wrestling, and basketball. Tim was quick witted and had the ability to make people feel at ease. His family knows he has made it to a "More Gooder" place.

Tim is survived by his son, Hunter Davis of Owensville; mother, Anita Davis of Princeton; sister, Tina Walden (Steve) of Princeton; niece and nephews, Stephen Walden (Lindsey), Justin Walden (Janis), and Brooke Chandler (Bryce); great-niece and nephews, Kynleigh, Grayson, and Jaxson Walden, and Elijah Chandler; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his dog, Daisy Mae Davis.

He was preceded in death by his father and great-nephew, Barrett Chandler.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at Colvin Funeral Home in Princeton with Pastor Brad Keenan officiating. Interment will follow at Columbia White Church Cemetery in Princeton. Visiting hours will be held from 12 Noon until service time Tuesday at the funeral home.

If you were fortunate enough to have known Tim for just a brief amount of time or many years I am sure you were left with a smile, chuckle,or a hardy laugh and also will have a story that you would enjoy sharing with others. My heartfelt thoughts for Hunter, Mrs. Davis, and family. He will be missed.
