I met Tim as a tenant for Duke Wellman Properties. He soon became a help to us doing some handyman repairs. Tim always had a smile to share. I never saw him angry. He didn't complain even when his health issues started bringing him down. Tim just wanted to be able to get better and do some handy man jobs again. I appreciated his willingness to work, but more importantly his smile and friendship. He was a good guy and he will be missed. Praying for his family and friends. Rest easy my friend...

Tim was a good man a man of God he will surely be missed and I loved him so much he is in heaven with his mom we sure miss her love to all of you out there from your Aunt Wanda
