He is survived by:
Two brothers: David Smith and James Earl Smith, both of Campbellsville,
And several extended family members and friends, including the staff and residents of Green River Trails.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 1:00 PM in the Brockman Cemetery on Rafferty Road in Taylor County.
L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville is in charge of arrangements.
