Brighton - Timmy W. Tinnon, 59, passed away at 12:41am on Friday, November 8, 2024, at Alton Memorial Hospital. He was born on May 9, 1965, in St. Louis, the son of Sintha (Berry) Tinnon of Roxana and the late George W. "Mickey" Tinnon. He married the former Diana Little on May 10, 2003, in South Roxana, and she survives. In addition to his mom and his wife, Timmy is survived by his grandson: Theodore Herrin of Brighton, a sister and brother in law: Lisa and Scott Dunham of Godfrey, a nephew: Brandon Dunham of Godfrey, a great niece: Kinsley Dunham, and many other extended family and friends.
Timmy was retired from the Laborer's Local 42. Timmy loved to work on houses, work on cars, was the jack of all trades, and master of all. He loved horses, dogs, and cats. He was a member of Faith Christian Fellowship Church in South Roxana.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a son: Robert Herrin III.
In celebration of his life, visitation will be from 9:30am until time of funeral services at 12:30pm on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, at Pitchford Funeral Home in Wood River. Pastor Art Hooper will officiate. Burial will follow at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens in Bethalto.
Memorials are suggested to the family with checks payable to Diana Tinnon and will be accepted at the funeral home.
