Timothy Allan Arnst Sr., 68, of Condon, Oregon, passed away peacefully on March 21, 2025, in The Dalles, Oregon, surrounded by his loved ones.

Born on May 18, 1956, in Spokane, Washington, Tim spent his early years between Ritzville, WA, and Portland, OR. He attended Marshall High School in Portland, where he was a proud member of the wrestling team-demonstrating the grit and perseverance that would shape his life.

In the summer of 2000, he moved to Condon, where he worked many jobs throughout the area before retiring and devoting his time to his wife, children, and grandchildren. Tim was married previously and later found lasting love with Wanda Houghtelling, whom he married in December 2015 in Arlington, Oregon.

An avid outdoorsman, Tim found his greatest joys in hunting, fishing, and camping. His deep love for nature and family created countless cherished memories for all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Wanda Houghtelling; his children, Joseph Mills, Atrisha Cole, Timothy Mills-Arnst Jr., and Jennifer Hall; son in law, Dustan Hall; daughter in law, Andrea Arnst; his sisters, Virginia Large and Carol Handley; his brother, Kim Hallam; his brother in law; Les Large, and his grandchildren: Brittani, Justice, Olivia, Taylor, Haylee, Kaden, Chyann, Liam, Prestyn, Cohen, and Emery. He also leaves behind his great-grandson, Tommy Cook.

Tim was preceded in death by his mother, Elaine Keller.
