Timothy W. Baltimore of Middletown, N.Y. passed away on February 1, 2026 in Westchester Medical Center. He was 64.
The son of Pierson McGinnis and Jane Baltimore, he was born on May 8, 1961 in Chester, New York.
He was a fork lift operator for Monroe Cable in Middletown, N.Y.
Timothy was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Survivors include his wife Sheila Smith and his two grandchildren Tatyania and Jalissa Ocasio. His three sons Tim Baltimore, Justin Baltimore and James Baltimore and his daughter Stephanie McGinnis. His brothers Greg McGinnis, Edward McGinnis, Leroy McGinnis, Ricky McGinnis, Mitchell McGinnis and Jason McGinnis. His sister Delores Richardson and his grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
Visitation hours will be held on Monday February 9, 2026 from 11 A.M. -12 Noon with a Funeral Service at 12 Noon at the Martinez Morse Funeral Home 33 Railroad Avenue Middletown, N.Y.
Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
