Timothy Bisaillon Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Dufresne Funeral Home, Inc. on Jun. 30, 2025.
Scotia – Timothy "Tim" Bisaillon, 82, passed away peacefully Friday June 27, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family. He fought courageously against Alzheimer's and diabetes. Tim was the son of the late Robert and Winifred Bisaillon. Tim was a proud veteran of the US Navy who served honorably on the Monrovia. By trade, Tim was a watchmaker who repaired watches for jewelers all through the tri-city area for most of his life. He was also a talented musician who played guitar in a band during his younger years. His love of music was rivaled only by his love of memorabilia and anything vintage. His funny family stories and tales of his time overseas will be missed at family gatherings. He was predeceased by his brother Robert and his sister Sue Ann. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Nicole, and their three sons Michael, Jeffrey (Meg) and Andre (Clara). He was a proud grandfather to five grandchildren, Rebecca (Dan), Andre T. (Autumn), Aidan, Nataile Trinity, and Emma, three great grandchildren Oliver, Katie, Isabelle as well as his nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at the Dufresne Funeral Home, Inc., 216 Columbia Street, Cohoes on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 11:15am. Interment will follow in the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville, NY. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday morning from 9:30 to 11:15 prior to the service. Friends who wish to remember Tim in a special way may donate to the Alzheimer's Association or American Diabetes Association in his memory.
