He was born April 27, 1962, in Wheeling, WV to the late Donald & Shirley (Seamon) Colley.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brothers, Bryan & Chuck Colley.
Timothy is survived by his daughter, Jenna Colley; his niece and nephews, Cheyenne Colley, Chaz Colley, and Bryan Colley; and four grandchildren, Kaden, Ella, and Avery Furman and Justin Keirs, Jr.
Per his wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Arrangements by Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St. Wheeling, WV (304-242-2311).
Memorial contributions may be made to Kepner Funeral Homes to assist the family with funeral expenses.
