Timothy Domenici

1985-2025

Timothy Domenici was called home suddenly in a tragic accident on Monday, October 6, 2025 at the age of 40. Tim was born on June 14, 1985 in Cache Valley, Utah where he, along with his two brothers, Chris and Mike, were adopted by the loving Domenici Family, Ben and Charlotte. His parents taught him how to work hard; to love life, family, and his Savior, Jesus Christ.

As a youth, Tim was active in scouts and worked at Timberline Scout Camp during the summers. He earned his Eagle Scout Award at the age of 16. Tim graduated from Manti High School and Seminary in 2004, where he was on the Academic Honor Roll, and was awarded the Sterling Scholar for Trade & Technology. He also wrestled and ran cross country track. Tim started his very first business, Tiny Tim’s Woodwork, while he was in High School. He loved working with his hands. He built games, crafts, furniture, jewelry boxes and picture frames. He could build anything, large or small. Many still own the items he crafted for them. He also started mowing lawns on the side, he had to repair his first lawn mower to get his business started. He excelled in mechanics as well. He participated in the Manti pageant for several years, in many capacities. He cooked and served meals, helped to build the replica of the pioneer dugout, helped set up and take down 10,000 chairs, and was a cast member for five years.

Tim served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the California, Anaheim Mission from 2005-2007, where he gained a testimony of his Savior, Jesus Christ. His Mission President said he was an excellent example of obedience, effort, kindness and helping others; it would be hard for others to follow in his footsteps. Throughout the remainder of his life he held many callings in the Church and served anyone around him that he could.

After his mission, Tim attended Snow College but decided he would rather be working outside. He had some clientele built up from mowing before his mission, so the next business, that would bless the communities of Manti and Ephraim for years, was born, Tim’s Lawncare. This became his pride and joy. Tim was dedicated and detailed, he wanted things to be perfect, so this was an ideal fit for him, and his clients. His clients became his friends and he made many, many friends over the years. Tim was such a hard worker, he would start before sun up and would work well after sun down. He rarely stopped to rest, was always going, practically running from job to job.

On July 27, 2015, he married his sweetheart Amber Sue Peck Nordberg in Manti, Utah. He became an instant dad to Cassie and Josh, which he was so excited about. He treated them as his own. Tim and Amber were blessed with four additional boys. He loved being a dad and wanted to teach all his children to work hard. You would often see his boys working with him for the day. And if they didn’t get the opportunity that day, Tim would always spend time with them after a long day of work, playing with them no matter what time it was. He took great pride in providing for his family and taking care of them. He was delighted with the birth of his granddaughter Sophie Sue this year in March. He was so happy to have another girl in the family. Tim loved all kids; he was adored by not only his own, but also his nieces and nephews. They loved Uncle Tim. His own kids adored him and loved spending any time they could with him. He loved spending time with his family.

Another side business Tim could have started was Tim’s Kitchen. He had a serious love and passion for cooking and baking! The neighborhood, as well as his family, would often benefit from this passion. He loved to grill and smoke. His favorites were jalapeño poppers, hamburgers, pizza, salmon, and fries. He would do themed cuisine nights and make enough food for an entire week. He was always up for trying new things and making creations. Another favorite was making breakfast with and for his kids, any morning he could, but often on Sunday mornings where he could be more elaborate. He loved making crêpes, pancakes, waffles, eggs and hashbrowns. Tim was so generous and loved to share his creations. He was also a big fan of Little Debbies, but he loved all the sweet treats too.

You never had to ask Tim for help, he would step in before you could! If he saw a need he was right there working until the job was done, and was often the last one there. He was so good with his hands and could fix anything, especially with a little Gorilla Tape and Super Glue. Anyone would agree, if you had to describe Tim, one adjective that comes to everyone’s mind is hardworking. He was also dedicated, self-motivated, trustworthy, honest, helpful, and so loving to those that knew him well. While Tim was in high school, he wrote his life goals were, “to have a successful career, to be able to take care of his family, and make his community a better place to live.” Not only did he accomplish all of his life goals, he exceeded all of our expectations!

He loved mountain biking, hiking, camping, swimming, music, watching movies, his first dog Hailey, and spending time with his family. Tim will always be remembered for his smile and the twinkle in his eye as he was teasing someone. He was a friend to everyone. He talked to everyone and made others feel important and included. He will be greatly missed!

Tim was survived by his wife Amber; his children, Cassie (Ben) Sparks, Josh (18), Landon (9), Damien (7), Koda and Kade (5), and granddaughter Sophie Sue Sparks (6 months). His siblings, Chris (Rachel) Domenici, Mike Domenici, Natalee (Bryan) Fristrup, Nylan Domenici, Nalisa (Terry) Bradley, Nellis (Debbie) Domenici. He is preceded in death by his parents, Narduccio Benton (Ben) Domenici and Charlotte Lee Elder, and his brother Neven Domenici.
