Timothy Eichler, age 58, a resident of Betsy Layne, Kentucky; passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky.
Timothy was born September 14, 1967 in McKeesport, Pennsylvania the son of William and Shirley Derdich Eichler.
Timothy's greatest pride and focus in life was his family, especially his two sons. throughout his career, Timothy worked as a skilled Commercial Painter. Timothy will be remembered by those who knew him for his sharp wit and playful, irreverent sense of humor. He was a fan of all Pittsburgh sports, spending many hours cheering on the Steelers and Pirates. A true outdoorsman, he was a lifelong hunter and enjoyed being outdoors.
Those left to mourn includes sons, Matthew Eichler of Nashville, Tennessee, Brandon Eichler of Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania, their mother, Cynthia, brother, William S. Eichler wife Trish and her son Brandon, nieces Rayleigh and Harley, nephews Will and Stephen,, a host of family and friends who love and miss him.
A memorial service celebrating the life of Timothy Eichler will be announced at a later date by the Salyersville Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Heart Association or the Arbor Day Foundation.
