Surviving Tim are his 2 sons, Doug Perez and Billy Frederick, loving companion Ethelyn Bowers, sisters Victoria Richmond, Diana (Ronald) Sams, and many nephews and nieces. Tim was preceded in death by his parents, brother Douglas W. Frederick, Violet (Larry) Myers and Vicky Dean.
Tim was a graduate of Elmwood Local Schools. For many years he was employed by Cooper Tire, and he enjoyed watching and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys.
All arrangements have been entrusted to Barndt Funeral Home in Wayne. Memorial donations may be made to Tim's family for funeral expenses in care of Barndt Funeral Home. Online condolences can be sent to Tim's family at www.barndtfuneralhome.org.
