Timothy W. Grant Jr., affectionately known as Timmy, passed away peacefully on September 27, 2024, just one day after celebrating his 38th birthday. Born on September 26, 1986, in Bitburg, Germany to Stephanie and Timothy Grant Sr., Timmy was the only son among four children.

Timmy was a devoted child of God. He was baptized into the Christian faith and was a member of the Deliverance Outreach Temple Church in Clarksville, Tennessee, where he served in the Youth Ministry. His love for God and his community shone brightly in his service and commitment to others. His smile would light up any room he entered. Timmy also had a passion for playing chess, basketball and spending time with his family and friends, which brought him great joy and fulfillment.

A graduate of Leilehua High School in Hawaii, Timmy attended Tennessee State University for two years. Timmy deeply loved his family and cherished the relationships he built with friends and loved ones throughout his life. His genuine kindness and loyalty were reflected in every interaction. He later pursued his entrepreneurial dream by establishing his own lawn care business, where his dedication and passion for his craft were evident to all his clients. His work ethic was unmatched, and his attention to detail was impeccable. Timmy's smile and positive demeanor were a beacon of warmth, and his professionalism and reliability left a lasting impact on everyone he worked with.

Timmy was a husband to his wife, Tionna, through the ups and downs, Timmy and Tionna stood by each other.

Timmy leaves to cherish his memory a loving mother, Stephanie Grant and his father, Timothy Grant Sr.; his beloved sisters: Lakisha (Jimmy), Tiffany (Chris), and Kendra; and his grandmothers: Alice Hill, Doris Middleton, and Marilyn Gordon. Uncles: Joe, Gerald, Terry, Tony, Joe and Dave. Aunts: Pamela, Lela, Monique, Mary, Liz, Mechelle, Bridgette, Gail, Merlene, Christa and Annette. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, church family, and friends, all of whom will carry his memory in their hearts.

Though Timmy’s time on Earth was brief, his impact was profound. His unwavering faith, love for his family, and dedication to his work are a testament to the remarkable person he was. Timmy is now at peace, resting in the loving arms of the Lord, where there is no more pain or suffering.

His family asks for continued prayers and support during this time of sorrow as they take comfort in knowing that Timmy is with God, smiling down from Heaven.

May his soul rest in eternal peace.
