Timothy John Gruber, 41, of Davenport, FL passed away peacefully on April 20, 2024 after a short illness. He will continue to live on through the gift of organ donation.
Born on November 27, 1982, in New Brunswick, NJ to John and Julie Scaletti Gruber. Tim lived in central New Jersey for most of his early years, before moving to central Florida eight years ago and worked for Wawa for the past 12 years starting as a gas attendant and working his way up to Customer Service Supervisor.
Tim met his wife, Celia, when they were young kids and lost touch for many years before finding each other again and starting their family. He was an amazing father and friend to all, helping his neighbors with anything he could such as cutting their grass, hanging Christmas lights, or just being a great listener when needed. Tim enjoyed spending his free time, creating art such as 3D printing and drawing, riding any motorized vehicle he could get his hands on, and tinkering with remote control toys for himself and his kids.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Celia, three beautiful children- Jackson, Madison & Olivia, as well as his parents, John & Julie Gruber of NJ, brother Brian of NJ; and many friends and extended family.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Haines City, FL. A celebration of life will be held in the coming months back in his home State of New Jersey for those who are unable to attend.

Living in the same neighborhood, Tim was a very nice person. Always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Kiving in Loma Vista subdivision for over 20 years I've met some really nice homeowner. He will be truly missed by all that knew Tim, Richard Rundle 5907 Loma Vista Drive W.
