Born on August 7, 1978, Timothy was a beacon of light to his family and friends. He was respected for his unwavering integrity, generosity, and the love he shared so freely with others. Tim was employed by Atlantic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. Their kindness during this difficult time cannot be understated. Clearly, Tim was a very dedicated, skilled, and well-respected employee. The most rewarding and deepest bond he cultivated over his short life, however, was with his son Joe and grandson Mason. His father, Glenn, and his son Joe were his very best friends. Tim inspired our entire family to set difficult goals, achieve them, and live life with integrity.
To know Tim was to know how to embrace laughter, compassion, and strength. His presence filled every room with warmth, and his absence leaves an immeasurable void in the hearts of those who loved him so deeply.
Timothy is survived by his son Joseph Morley, daughter-in-law Ruby Morley, grandson Mason Morley, his father Glenn Morley Jr., mother Suzanne Morley, sister Victoria Morley, and brothers Glenn Morley III and Robert Morley. He is also survived by countless nieces and nephews who, despite their despair, will carry Tim's memory forward with gratitude, endless love, and strength, despite this painful sorrow. We know he will remain with our family and in our hearts forever, and that we will undoubtedly reunite again.
Visitation will be held on March 7, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Parsell Funeral Home's Atkins-Lodge Chapel, 16961 Kings Highway, Lewes, DE 19958. A memorial service to honor and celebrate Tim's life will follow at 11:00 AM. Further details regarding the immediate local reception to follow will be provided.

When mom called me at 6:30 in the morning I couldn´t believe it. I said uncle Tim what I said he was fine. I was in shock, lost for words I couldn´t believe it. You were definitely my favorite uncle & I´m going to miss you. My kids also loved you & they will miss you also. Summer was playing play doh & she said she was making something for uncle tim. I keep telling her you just loved her named & always said she has the coolest name in the family. Savannah remembers spending the night with mom & you watching her & got her pizza for dinner & drink lol. Jake was telling me about the beach trip with you. Watch over us unc keep us on our toes lol. We love you.

Tim and I worked closely here at Atlantic, he was the first face I saw every morning. Being the oldest guy here he always made sure I had help lifting and moving equipment. I miss his sense of humor and talking about our trade. He loved mentoring the young men and I know they all truly appreciated and loved him. I considered him a friend and will miss him.
