I met Dr. Nolan back in 1987 as he became my Primary Care Doctor. I will always remember him for his thoughtfulness and caring and professionalism. I asked about the beautiful wooden desk he had in his office and I always would ask him about it. He told me the story and when he moved into another building how it was too big to take with him. I felt lost when he told me he was leaving that practice, but mentioned that I was being left in good hands. He was right and I continue to see "Raj" as he called her. During this time I started receiving my care through the VA as well. Low and behold my Primary Care was leaving there, and I found out through the grapevine that he had been interviewed for a position there. When the VA called me and mentioned that my Primary would be changing I asked for Dr. Nolan. They asked why and I told them the story. Surprise he became my Primary there as well! Shocked he was when he saw me for my appointment. Again the desk came up as well as his Son. He told me how he was doing and what his field would be. I said that if he was as good as you, He will be an Excellent Doctor. His reply was "He will be Better"! Of course Tim retired and I would always ask "Raj" if he had heard from him. Then on my last visit I heard the news! I am saddened and at a loss when I heard that. My Thoughts and Prayers go out to the Family on such a Loss to all as well as the Medical Community. He was one of a kind and I am fortunate to have known him for all of those years. R.I.P. My friend.

I was terribly sorry to read of Tim´s passing. In our younger days at Strong Memorial on the medical service 7-3400 We were all so young . I was a new RN....and we worked so closely together. He was always a bright light, kind , funny , and smart. I knew Carrie through nursing at Strong and I believe our graduate program. I am sending love to you, Carrie and your son and extended family.

I am so sorry to hear of Tim's passing. I met Tim during our second year of college and both of us graduated U Va undergraduate and medical school together. He was always so friendly and kind to me. I was shy and he always went out of his way to be a friend . He had a great sense of humor and everyone liked him . Our world was a better place when he was here. Terry Childers class of 1980

Dr. Nolan was a great physician who treated the veterans population with in the Finger Lakes Healthcare System. A marvelous physician who will truly be missed by all who knew and worked him.

Tim was such a great person. He always had a smile on his face. Tim was such a good friend to my stepdad, Bob Agostinelli. I first met Tim and Carrie at a wine tasting group we had about 25 years ago. We went to each other's houses to learn about wine. When it was the Nolan's turn, they had to pair food with wines from the Loire Valley. Carrie's pairings were spot on. Such a fun few months we all had. So many laughs.
