Timothy James Park, who departed this life on November 10, 2025 in Winnsboro, Texas. Born on January 19, 1961, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to the parents of Jack and Dottie Park.

Tim lived a brilliant and wonderful life; marked by curiosity, adventure, and deep love for family and friends. From an early age, he knew his calling to be a lensman, following in the footsteps of his father Jack Park. In seventh grade, he was hired by the local newspaper to shoot the local school football teams for publication in the paper. At that young age, he also shot his first film which aired on PBS. By 9th grade, Tim had a business of his own shooting the coaches' game film as well.

During his senior year of high school, he was hired for his first job in broadcast television by KTHV TV in Little Rock, working as film lab manager and photographer. He also photographed the "Travelin Arkansas" series with Chuck Dovish. In 1984, Tim was hired by KDFW-TV in Dallas. During his career at KDFW, he photographed news events of local to international importance, and served as Creative Services & Chief Sports Photographer, covering all the professional teams in Dallas.

Dallas became Tim's home, where he built a life full of joy, purpose, and love. He was a devoted father and a cherished presence in the lives of those around him. Tim's warmth, enthusiasm, and generous spirit left a lasting impression on everyone he met. You would never find him without a smile on his face or a joke at the ready.

Tim's work in news and sports reflected his passion for storytelling and connection. During his video career in Dallas, he traveled with the Dallas Cowboys during their glory days- experiences that blended his professional excellence with unforgettable moments in sports history. He even had his ponytail cut by running back Emmitt Smith! Tim also worked freelance for CBS News and Sports, ESPN, NFL, MTV and many other organizations. He will be remembered for his fun-loving, sometimes eccentric personality, including his proclivity to use esoteric vocabulary; and share stories and platitudes from his time with the Jimmy Johnson led Cowboys, such as "Get your mind right with the ball."

Tim is survived by his siblings, Michael John Park, Patrice Park Jones, and John Jay Park; his niece, Kelley Erin Park; and his beloved children, Samuel Newton Park, Katherine Alyssa Park, and Zachary Ryan Park.

Tim was preceded in death by his father; Jack Park, mother; Dottie Park, sister-in-law; Judy Park, and his niece; Katharine "Katie" Park.

Loved and treasured by many, Tim's life was one well lived. His legacy endures in the stories he told, the places he traveled, and the hearts he touched. He will be remembered forever by his family, friends, and everyone who was lucky enough to cross paths with him.
