Timothy Lee Robinson, affectionately known as "Tim," was born on May 15, 1966, in Richmond, Virginia. On June 3, 2025, Timothy passed away, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and charisma.
A graduate of Maggie L. Walker, Tim dedicated himself to his career as a boxer at Dominion Packaging, where his outgoing and energetic personality shone brightly. He was known not just for his professional pursuits but also for being a genuine people person who formed meaningful connections with those around him.
Timothy had a passion for the game of basketball, often found playing with friends and family. Additionally, he had a keen interest in fashion, taking pleasure in clothes shopping, which reflected his vibrant spirit.
He is survived by his daughter, Tameka DePriest; three sisters, Willie Mae Smith, Linda Mae Taylor (Thomas), and Renita Melton (Curtis); one brother, Tyrone T. Robinson; and one aunt, Alma McClain. Additionally, he leaves behind several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends who will miss him dearly.
Timothy was preceded in death by his mother, Lillie Mae McClain; father, Phillip L. Drumgole; brother, Roosevelt T. Robinson; and Lillie Mae Winston, all of whom he holds dear in cherished memories.
A funeral service to honor Timothy's life will be held on June 9, 2025, at Joseph Jenkins Jr Funeral Home located at 2011 Grayland Ave, Richmond, VA 23220. The service will begin at 11:00 AM and conclude at 12:00 PM.
Timothy Lee Robinson will be remembered for his vibrant personality, his love for life, and the joy he brought to those who knew him. His spirit will continue to shine in the hearts of his family and friends.
