Timothy Allen Scheldt I (1977 - 2024)
Timothy Allen Scheldt I, 47, of Alton, Illinois, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at 1:30 PM at his residence.
Timothy was born on October 27, 1977, in Alton, Illinois, to Thomas J. Scheldt and Barbara (Chronister) Moore.
A computer repair technician by trade, Timothy was a dedicated father and found great joy in being a dad. He also enjoyed arts and crafts in his leisure time.
Timothy is survived by his father, Thomas (Jody) Scheldt; his mother, Barbara (John) Moore; his children: Timothy Allen Scheldt II (Paige Osborne), Kara Scheldt (Tripp Dunse), Thomas Scheldt (Caitlin Riess), Daniel Scheldt, Joseph Scheldt, Jocelyn Scheldt, and Michael Scheldt; his grandchildren: Gabriel and Reese Scheldt; his sister, Tina O'Dell (Nathan Hammons); and his niece and nephew, Alexis Lyles and Noah Lyles, Step Brothers,
Eric & William Herter, Step Sister, Ashley DeSherlia.
He was preceded in death by his son, Gabriel Scheldt; his sister, Brandy Fortman; and his nephew, Dakota Lyles.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 10, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home in Godfrey, Illinois. Funeral services will take place on Saturday, January 11, 2025, 10:00am, at Elias, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home, with Rev. Phil Anderson officiating.
Burial will follow at Woodland Hills Cemetery in East Alton, Illinois.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
