Timothy Stanislawzyk Obituary

Timothy J. Stanislawzyk, formerly longtime resident of Wakefield, passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at the age of 58.

Born in Melrose, Tim was one of twin boys born on August 17, 1967 to the late Joseph J. and Marie T. (Noonan) Stanislawzyk. Raised at 64 Madison Avenue in the Greenwood section of Wakefield, he carried a lifelong pride and deep affection for the block he called home. After graduating from Wakefield High School, Tim became part of the Communitas family, where he formed lasting relationships and resided in Reading with his housemates.

Tim approached life with dedication and exuberance. He worked for many years in maintenance at NuPath in Woburn, where he was a valued member of the day program. His strong work ethic and reliability made him a friend to many.

As one of twelve children, Tim cherished family above all else. He held his immediate and extended family close, remaining loyal, loving, and dedicated to them. His bond with his twin brother, Tom, was his foundation and built on companionship, respect and time spent together. Whether embarking on trips to visit family in Pennsylvania or sharing simple outings to Walmart, Tim enjoyed shared moments big and small, each strengthening the other in admiration.

Tim found joy in the everyday. He loved his favorite TV shows, especially Emergency, and proudly participated in the Special Olympics for many years. His vibrant spirit was brightest on the dance floor, where he was often the first to begin and the last to leave. With infectious enthusiasm and pure delight, he encouraged everyone around him to join.

Tim's family would like to extend their great appreciation to the Communitas and NuPath families for all their love and support.

Tim will be remembered for his boundless energy, warmth and love he brought to every gathering. When Tim called you a friend, you were a friend for life, and you were better for it. He leaves behind a legacy of loyalty, and joy. May he rest in eternal peace.

Tim was predeceased by his mother and father and loving brother, Joseph Stanislawzyk.

He is survived by his siblings Susan Nathan and her husband Bob of Maynard, Donna Laudano and her husband Mike of Derry, NH, Clare Stanislawzyk of Melrose, Carol Encarnacao and her husband Wayne of Wakefield, Christine Stanislawzyk of Wakefield, Mary Stanislawzyk and her partner Gary Griswald of Medford, Joanne Stanislawzyk of Melrose, Thomas Stanislawzyk and Kendra Noel of Wakefield, Terry Stanislawzyk of Wakefield, Gerry Stanislawzyk of Wakefield; uncle of Bobby Peard, Mikey Laudano, Jessica Gontarz, Jenna Giannelli, Sammy Giannelli, and Joseph A. Stanislawzyk (as Tim would say "a good kid") and his extended PA family, Kathy and the late Steve Noel, Stevie Noel, Scott Noel, Randy Reese, and Tina Reese.

Family and friends are kindly invited to gather in honor of Tim for his Funeral Mass celebrated at Most Blessed Sacrament Church, 1155 Main St., Wakefield on Monday, December 15 at 10am. Interment in Forest Glade Cemetery, Wakefield. Gifts in Tim's memory may be made to Communitas, 60-D Audubon Rd., Wakefield MA 01880 or NuPath, 147 New Boston St., Woburn MA 01801.
