Timothy D. Toogood, 71, of Allentown, passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2025. Born July 29, 1954, he was the son of Albert and Elizabeth (Deily) Toogood. Tim worked as an electrician for many years. He worked 20 years for Bethlehem Steel, and 20 years for ITR, Industrial Technology Research. In his spare time, Tim loved to go fishing and enjoyed taking on woodworking projects. He was also known for his mechanical skills and enjoyed being able to fix practically anything.
Tim is survived by his brother, Thomas A. Toogood of Allentown, and dear friend Josselyn Perez, and her children Xavier and Jose.
A Viewing will be held on Sunday, August 17, 2025 from 2:00PM-4:00PM at Heintzelman-Stephens Funeral Home, 274 N. Krocks Rd. Allentown, PA 18106.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial contribution to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude’s Place Memphis, TN 38105.

Tim was a guiding influence for all of ITR, especially the electrical side. He always explained how to get the best angle to get the best images safely. Many good memories of Tim. He is someone I will never forget. See you down the road Tim!
