Survived by adopted sister, Gwendilynne Farrar, and other friends.
A memorial service for Tina will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. at Cook & Son Funeral Home & Crematory, 1631 Parsons Ave, Columbus, Ohio, 43207.
