Tina Busick Obituary
Tina loved her family, and she enjoyed every minute with them. She also enjoyed shopping at local thrift stores and listening to old country music; "the real country music."
Tina was preceded in death by her parents. Those left to cherish her memory are her two daughters, Summer Hicks (Chris), and Taylor White (Kaley); two grandchildren, Kaisley Dykes, and Camden Hicks; sister, Christy Stout (Ronnie); two brothers, Travis Busick (Angie), and Anthony Busick (Melissa); niece, Blaiklee Stout; Nephew, Brayden Stout; aunt, Rhonda Pittman; dear friend, Randall Danna; and many loving family members and friends The family would like to give a special "Thank You" to the staff at Holston Valley Medical Center, The Bristol Hospice House, and good friends, David and DeAnna Dotson.
The family will receive friends at Carter-Trent Funeral Home Kingsport on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm with Brother David Dotson officiating. A graveside service will be held at Light Cemetery on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 11:00 am. Ronnie Stout, Stanley Smith, Wayne Pittman, Christopher Hicks, and Randall Danna will be serving as pallbearers. Those wishing to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:50 am.
Carter-Trent Funeral Home Kingsport is serving the Busick family.

I am so sorry to hear of Tina's passing. She called me often to see how I was doing and bring me up to speed with what was going on in her life. She was a great worker, and I feel very fortunate that our paths crossed while working at Robinson Middle School. I know she will be missed. My thought and prayers are with the family. Rest in Peace.

I've known her as a teenager she was always a friend to me we would hangout at her mom and dads house they all were a wonderful family Tina would come set on my porch before she got bad sick we would talk about good times and laugh gf I will miss you but I you are with jeus now you will be in nomore pain
