To: Jeana and family. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in this terrible loss. I can't express how sad this makes me. Toby was such a pleasure to work with, he did so many inspections for me over the years I've lost count. He was one of the best inspectors I have ever met. He spoke many times of his family and friends, I could just tell what a great family man and friend he was. He will be greatly missed. I lost my father when I was 14, and I understand how hard this must be. I wish you all healing, strength and eventually peace.
