Alexander - Todd B. Buckenmeyer age 41, passed away unexpectedly on March 13, 2026.
Todd was a Dairy Farmer his whole life. He was partners at Valley View Dairy in Alexander with his brother Cory and his Mom.
He will be remembered for his sense of humor, his great smile, and his kind soul. He had great loyalty to his family and friends. We could always count on Todd. He loved Hunting, all his dogs, reading books and just being outside.
He is survived by his mom, Marcia (Paul) Hirsch; his father, Bernard Buckenmeyer, Jr.; siblings, Sara (Ray) Buckenmeyer of Strausburg, Colorado, Aaron (Brooke) Hirsch of Alexander, Cory (Alisha) Buckenmeyer of Alexander, Darin Buckenmeyer of Batavia, and Adam Buckenmeyer of Brunswick, Georgia; grandmothers, Gerrie Buckenmeyer and Marcia Brown both of Alexander, and Clara Kennedy of St. Pete, Florida. His favorite aunts Arlene and Jean, and several other aunts and uncles.
He was predeceased by sister, Michelle Buckenmeyer; grandfathers, Harlod Brown, and Bernard Buckenmeyer, Sr.
He especially loved his nieces and nephews, Madison Eddy, Lilia Buckenmeyer, Peyson Foster, Henry Hirsch, and Owen Buckenmeyer. He was the favorite uncle because the barn freezer was always full of ice cream for them.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life for Todd on Saturday (March 21, 2026) beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the Alexander Fire Department Recreation Hall, 10708 Alexander Road, Alexander. Todd will be laid to rest privately in West Middlebury Cemetery.
in lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family to be put into a college fund for Todd's nieces and nephews.
