Todd is survived by his wife, Dorothy Eudell; children, MiQuan Kelly, Kristen and Kamryn Eudell; He leaves his brother Lance Eudell and sister Michele Mike of Syracuse NY.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, November 17, 2025 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Bellegrove Missionary Baptist Church, 219 Doctor M.L.K. West, Syracuse. Funeral services will immediately follow at 12 p.m.
