Todd Jay Hicks

Todd Jay Hicks, born May 17, 1967, departed this world on January 26, 2026, at the age of 58, in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Todd was a dedicated roofer by trade, lending his skills and hard work to a profession that requires both strength and precision. Outside of work, he found great joy in cooking and fishing, spending countless hours perfecting recipes and casting lines into the water. An avid pool player, Todd often relaxed with friends over a game and good conversation.

Known for his easy-going nature and good personality, Todd was a man who made those around him feel at ease. He cherished the simple pleasures in life and was a constant presence for those he loved.

Todd will be remembered as a father, brother, and friend, touching the lives of many with his kind spirit and gentle demeanor. He was preceded in death by his sister, Tammy Ellis, and his brother, Trent Hicks. He leaves behind his cherished brother, Timothy Hicks, along with numerous friends who will miss him dearly.

In remembering Todd, we honor a man whose life was marked by the warmth he shared with those around him. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
