Todd Jarman Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Vansant-Mills Funeral Home - Clinton on Feb. 13, 2026.
Todd Jarman, age 46, passed away on Friday, February 13, 2026 at the Kansas City Hospice House. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday February 21, 2026 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel in Clinton, Missouri. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 PM prior to the service. Memorial contributions can be made to the KC Hospice House and may be left in care of the funeral home.

Todd's love of the outdoors started at a young age. He loved to fish and was also an avid hunter. He spent many hours hunting deer and turkey. He also made annual trips for mule deer, caribou in Canada and antelope in Wyoming. Todd displayed his trophies proudly.

As a young man, he had a YFZ racing four-wheeler and loved taking it to the sand dunes in Oklahoma. He would later be featured in a magazine.

Todd's career as an electrician began in High School. After graduation, he signed-on with IBEW Local 124. He attended 5 years of school as part of their apprenticeship program, earning Journeyman status upon completion. He was solid in his skills, well respected and trusted by those who worked with him. His work centered in the KC area. He worked at power plants and auto plants during shut-downs, hospitals, the stadiums, Honeywell and other industrial complexes. Todd was known for his work ethic and did not shy away from hard work or overtime.

Todd enjoyed time outside, meticulously caring for his home and property. Gardening and raising chickens as well. He acquired a horse, only weeks old, and cared for and trained her diligently. She made one trip with him for a hunting adventure on horseback.

Todd's faith and belief in God was steadfast. He studied the Bible, reading many scriptures. He followed the sermons of Pastor Arnold Murray with Shepherd's Chapel.

Todd met the love of his life, Sherri, in 2007, and they married in 2015. His respect and love for her was never failing.

He is survived by his wife, Sherri; beloved dogs, Mack and Tinker; his parents and siblings; and many extended families and friends.

Todd was one of the good ones. His legacy will live on in all of us.
