Todd was born on March 5, 1961.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Saturday, April 22, 2023, at McElhaney Funeral Home- Roanoke Chapel, 240 Crestwood Drive, Roanoke, IN 46783. A Celebration of Life and dinner will follow at 5:00 pm at the American Legion Post 160, 1122 North Main St., Roanoke, IN, 46783.
Burial will be at a later date.
