Todd passed away unexpectedly at his home in Monument, CO Saturday December, 10, 2022. Born in Brush, CO, he was preceded in death by his father Harry Richard "Dick" Leach. He is survived by his mother Carol (Jim) Soeth of Torrington, WY, step-mother Carol Leach of Evans, CO, wife Robin (Dyer) Leach and his sons Tyler and Trace Leach of Monument, CO; Sisters Dana Sherman of Brush, CO, and Kara (Ronald) Palfy of Torrington, WY; Nephews Justin (Sarah), Jacob (Londyn), and Jesse Spore and nieces Brooklyn Sherman and Ivy Palfy.
Todd graduated high school from New Mexico Military Institute, Roswell, NM in 1997 before enlisting in the United States Air Force in July of 1999. During his 22 years of proud service to his country as a Command and Control Operations Craftsman, Todd traveled the world. His decorations include Air Force Commendation Medal with 4 Oak Leaf Clusters, Joint Service Achievement Medal, AF Achievement Medal, Antarctica Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal with 2 Service Stars, Global War On Terrorism Expeditionary Medal with 1 Service Star, Korean Defense Service Medal, Armed Forces Service Medal, Humanitarian Service Medal for service in Afghanistan and Hurricane Katrina, and AF Expeditionary Service Ribbon with Gold Border with 4 Oak Leaf Clusters. He was Awarded NCO of the Year twice and Airman and NCO of the Quarter five times. Todd completed his distinguished career serving with the U.S. Space Command in CO.
Todd was a talented competitive gymnast in his youth and coached his sons in the sport as an adult. He was an avid Broncos fan, enjoyed traveling, good food, and spending time outdoors with his three nephews. He was loved and will be missed by so many.
Services will be held Wednesday December 21st, 2022 at 1 PM at Rankin Presbyterian Church in Brush, CO. Private inurnment will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Donations can be made in Todd's name to Wounded Warrior Project.

The RAO is staffed by volunteers, all military retirees themselves, and our sole purpose is to provide assistance to any military retirees and surviving spouses/family members with anything related to their military service and/or benefits, in particular during difficult times such as this.
