Todd was introduced to me as a M&A Broker yet he became a dear and brilliant friend. He was one of the most brilliant humans I had the blessing to meet and work with over my career. We spoke regularly to get advice or ponder a the merits of a potential deal.
I was grateful after he sold my organization in 2008 I sat on many meetings as an advisor or client .
I attribute my MBA in M&A to all he taught me over almost 20 years .
He loved the business of education, however, his connection to the immense importance of it with something he earned the hard way. Todd was one of the most professional people you could ever work with however, we shared many Long talks about his brother Robert and the impact his life made on Todd`s career choices. I respected Todd´s business savviness immensely. He was tough as they come. If you worked with him you knew he wasn´t playing .
However his reason for his commitment to his work was his lived experience and that is when I knew we´d be friends forever.
How many teachers, students, mothers, fathers, siblings, districts, communities that will be touched by Todd´s relentless commitment to expanding innovation in education will be the legacy he leaves for us all.
Bryn and family- sending you much love and comfort for the light and the shadow Todd shared with you all. May you know I am one of thousands that will forever be grateful for the commitment of Todd Parchman. He will live on in the work we all get to create in education for a more evolved humanity.
Deepest Condolences and Much Gratitude

My husband, Jeff Summers, was a classmate of Todd´s at Culver. At their 50th reunion, Todd, Jeff, and I had a wonderful conversation in the Culver Dining Facility. Todd´s devotion to his Alma mater was so evident. We were so grateful for that special time and so very saddened to hear of Todd´s passing.

To the family: your dad/husband/grandfather was a larger than life person who made everyone he met feel important. I will always treasure our shared experiences in the stands at CMA football and lacrosse games cheering on our boys together. Also, I especially appreciated his kind letter of sympathy when my husband suddenly passed away 2 years ago. My sincere condolences are with you.
