Todd Michael Wyma was born September 1, 1967 to his parents, Paul Wyma and Faith Johnston Wyma, in Waukesha, Wisconsin. He passed away suddenly in his home near Lebanon, Missouri on Wednesday, April 24, 2024. He was fifty-six years, seven months and twenty-three days of age.
Todd was born to missionary parents and following his birth in Wisconsin, moved with his parents to Bolivia. When he was eleven years old, they moved to Mexico where he completed his schooling, graduating from ElPaso Andress High School. He played football during his high school years.
On June 6, 1987, he was united in marriage to his true love and best friend, Michelle Bennett. She was a wonderful, Christian helpmate to him and they were proud to welcome five sons to their family.
Todd was very talented in construction and doing millwork. While living in Florida, he had the opportunity to do millwork for two very notable institutions, The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Disney World. His work was exquisite and sought after by many.
Upon moving to Missouri, he and his sons started their business, The Wood Mill, and used their carpentry skills as a mission field.
Todd loved people and loved God. He was saved as a young man and was a member at Potter's House Church in Camdenton, Missouri. Although he will be so greatly missed here, he was ready to meet his Lord and Savior and spend eternity in Heaven.
Todd was preceded in death by his father, Paul Wyma and his son, Cody Wyma.
He is survived by his loving wife, Michelle; four sons, Sean Wyma and his wife Jennifer, Clay Wyma, Tucker Wyma and his wife Kendra, all of Lebanon, Missouri, and Mitchell Wyma and his wife Lucille of Springfield, Missouri; five grandchildren, Kezia Wyma, Elijah Wyma, Ezekiel Wyma, Declan Wyma and Ronin Wyma; his mother, Faith Wyma; and his sister, Starr Arnold and her husband Matt of Camdenton, Missouri; and a number of other family members and friends.
Todd enjoyed deep sea fishing with his sons and lived to make his wife's dream a reality. Todd was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend, whose kindness and encouraging supportive nature was rooted firmly in his Christian faith. His trust in Christ and love for Jesus was the distinguishing characteristic recognized by all who knew him. He had a huge love for people and everyone who knew him knew this. Todd was larger than life.
Words cannot adequately express the impact he has had on the lives of his family and so many others. His unwavering support will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
A Celebration of Life for Todd Wyma will be Saturday, May 4, 2024 at 10 a.m. on the Ethnos 360 Campus in the Multi-Purpose Building. The address for the event is 134 Main Dr. in Roach, Missouri.

We became fast friends when I insisted to my "supervisors" there is no reason to avoid working "smarter not harder."
If your going assign me to sweep clear walkways-daily; thats fine, but im going to ask the grounds crew if i can borrow their leaf blower instead of saché-ing over 4 acres of walkway and patios with a broom.
He thought the fact it was even a point of debate hilarious... and handed me the leaf blower.
