Tom Wyrick Obituary
Tom Chester Wyrick was born March 4, 1938 in Okfuskee County, Oklahoma to V.E. Wyrick and Henryetta (Housewright) Wyrick. He passed away Monday, December 29, 2025 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at the age of 87. Mr. Wyrick grew up in the Okemah area and was a 1956 graduate of Mason High School. On June 27, 1963, in Okemah, he married Sharon Keener; she later preceded him in death April 23, 2016. Mr. Wyrick worked for many and later retired from Tinker Airforce Base. He was a Christian man who devoted much of his life doing charity work and feeding those in need in the Oklahoma City area. He is survived by his dear friend and caretaker, Matthew Alfred.
Services will be under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home and officiated by Rev. David Hamilton.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Oklahoma Humane Society.
