It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tommy Lee Vines, who left this world on July 10, 2025, at the age of 74. Born on July 6, 1951, in Kewanee, Missouri, to parents, Burl Orbilee and Geraldine Carroll Vines, Tommy lived a life filled with love, laughter, and dedication to his family.
Tommy was a graduate of New Madrid High School in Missouri. He married his beloved wife, Randy Colleene Vines, in 1971. From this blessed union came many cherished memories and a legacy to be carried on in his daughter Bethany Michelle Wells and grandchildren Emily Grace Wells, and Ashlyn Mae Wells.
He is preceded in death by his father, Burl Orbilee Vines, and mother, Geraldine Carroll Vines. Throughout his life, Tommy remained a steadfast source of strength and guidance for his family, always ready with a kind word and a warm smile. His family meant everything to him, and he poured his heart into nurturing those relationships. He is survived by his loving wife Randy Colleene Vines, daughter, Bethany Michelle Wells and husband Ethan, Grandchildren, Emily Grace Wells and Ashlyn Mae Wells, brothers Dewayne Vines and wife Janet, Sammy Vines and wife Nancy, as well as numerous other family and friends.
We take comfort in knowing that Tommy's spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those he touched. His kindness and love will always be remembered.
