Tommy Ray Wren, 72 of Minden, Louisiana passed away peacefully on August 10, 2025, in his hometown. Born on September 29, 1952 in Minden, Tommy was the son of the late Glen Rayford Wren and Mabel Tuggle Wren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, William Glen Wren.
Tommy is survived by his children; Alicia Ware and Ethan Wren (wife Taylor), and mother of his children, Sharon Wren. He was the proud grandfather of Tristan Coburn, Baylee Ware, and Katherine Wren. He is also survived by his brother, Richard Wren (wife Sandra), and his sisters, Kay Cleaver, Linda Melton, and Deanie Dorrell, along with a multitude of nieces, nephews, and extended family members who loved him dearly.
Tommy’s greatest joys in life came from the simple pleasures: fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family and friends.
His memory will be cherished and his stories retold by all who knew and loved him.
A celebration of Tommy’s life will be held on August 23, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. with a visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m. at Rose Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden, Louisiana. Families and friends are invited to gather and share memories.
